1. TRANSPLATE HARNESS

Code Product : T3500

A hybrid harness designed for divers who want the support of a backpack-style harness for better weight-load distribution, yet wish to dive a hard metal backplate. Designed a mountaineer's backpack, the TransPlate harness disperses weight across the hips and back, minimizing shoulder strain. When used with a 6-pound steel backplate, divers can remove or minimize weight pockets. Adjustable straps adapt to a wide variety of exposure suits and means easy donning and doffing. The modular design allows for customization with a wide variety of pockets and accessories. Available in sizes Medium thru XXL. Made in the U.S.A.

TECHNICAL DETAILS :

Shoulder pads constructed of 1000 denier ballistic nylon fabric for tear and abrasion resistance. Two-inch (50mm) nylon webbing rated at 7,000 lbs breaking strength forms the shoulder straps and waist strap.
Four 2-inch D-rings on each shoulder strap are slightly bent for improved access and placement can be adjusted. Note: Size Medium has only one 2-inch D-ring per shoulder strap due to space limitations.
Marine Grade 316 stainless steel hardware is used throughout including: (2) bent D-rings on each shoulder strap(except MED that has only 1 bent D-ring per shoulder) and (2) waist D-rings, XT chest plates, belt buckle, cam strap buckles, and side plates.
Shoulder straps feature pivot rings at chest level for comfort, fit, and load distribution.
Acetyl resin engineered plastic quick release buckles on shoulders for easy doff and don.
One-inch nylon webbing rated at 2,200 lbs breaking strength and a Delrin 1-inch quick release buckle are used for a chest strap.
Marine grade stainless steel base plates allow for proper placement of shoulder straps. Plates can be moved forward or backward on the waist strap to get the best fit and performance.

2. BACKPLATE STAINLESS XT LITE

The next generation of lightweight backplates has arrived. Dive Rite has taken the reliability of the stainless steel backplate and combined it with the light weight characteristics of non-stainless steel backplates. The new Dive Rite XT Lite is constructed from 16 guage 316L grade stainless steel, which is a low carbon, rust resistant grade of stainless. A series of cut-outs along the body of the plate reduce its overall weight while still maintaining the support needed for the heaviest of double cylinder configurations. All edges are laser cut, and individually finished by hand to ensure that there are no rough or jagged edges anyon the plate.

The XT Lite backplate is configured with 11" on center mounting holes to accommodate standard double tank bolt kits, including two holes for the upper bolt to give adjustability of tank height. Two sets of 2" slots along the center allow divers to use the XT Lite for single tank diving without the need for a single tank adapter. A series of 3/8"diameter holes and 1" slots along the outer edges of the plate give different options for mounting lights, pony bottles, lift bags, and other accessories. 2" and 1" slots at the bottom center of the plate allow for any size crotch strap up to 2" in width to be used.

3. WING EXP TRAVELER

A lightweight wing designed for single-tank, warm water diving, our Travel series of wings are small-profile and ideal for travel and divers who wear a minimal amount of weight. At 25lbs/11.3 kg of lift, the Travel can accommodate one 80ft3/12 L tank with no more than 16lbs. of additional weight.

With its donut-shape, the Travel wing provides greater stability and control in the water. Donut-style or 360 degree wings promote an even volume of inflation on top, sides and bottom, which improves buoyancy control and promotes a more efficient, horizontal trim.

Divers may choose from our durable 1680 ballistic nylon EXP material, available in 5 different color combinations, or our even more rugged SuperFabric® brand technology XT material that creates an armor-clad outer shell that is impervious to damaging pinches and cuts, with a 1680 ballistic nylon diver's side panel. Both the Travel EXP (Model BC 4100) and Travel XT (Model 5100) are further enhanced with a heavy-duty, 210 denier nylon laminated bladder. They are backed by our WORRY-FREE LIFETIME GUARANTEE and are made exclusively in the U.S.A.

As a part of our modular BCD system, it can be matched with either a TransPac® XT, Transplate or any metal backplate and webbing harness.

4. CROTCH STRAP W/ 1.5" SR1 & SS RING

Does the standard 1-Inch Crotch Strap have you singing an octave higher, but you the convenience of a Quick Release buckle? The 1.5-Inch Crotch Strap QR Buckle is a welcome change to old industry standards. It comes with a slide release buckle for divers who want the convenience of a crotch strap that can be adjusted on-the-fly, yet the 1.5-inch (38.1mm) strap is more comfortable, especially if tension is added such as when scootering. Also available without Quick Release buckle (BC1058-1.5).

Using a crotch strap allows divers to fasten the harness and backplate securely to the body, ensuring more uniform trim and buoyancy characteristics in-water. It also reduces the lihood of the tank hitting the back of the head during a dive or while resting at the surface. Made in the U.S.A.

5. CAM STRAP - ROLL BUCKLE

Dive Rite cam straps are available in several options. No matter what the application is, Dive Rite has a cam strap that will work for it. All cam straps are sold individually, and are made in the USA.

The stainless steel cam strap with roller buckle (BC2035) uses a 2-inch wide nylon webbing with marine grade stainless steel buckle. 36 inch (91.4cm) webbing length is suitable for cylinders from 6.9 inches (17.5cm) to 8 inches (20.3cm) in diameter, which s them most popular sizes of cylinders. Nylon rollers on the cam strap protect the cylinder from being scratched by the buckle, while a rubber non-slip pad prevents the cylinder from shifting once the cam buckle has been secured. Excess webbing is secured using hook-and-loop, which will also prevent the buckle from accidentally coming open. This cam strap comes standard on all Transpac XT, VoyagerPac, and TravelPac systems.
